Is it available for Bedrock or just Java?

Both! The Java version has more features, but mobile versions exist, including Bedrock Edition. It is just like compatibility.

How do I uninstall it?

In the case of Java, remove the.jar file in your mods folder. In the case of mobile, delete the resource pack.

Can I use it on a multiplayer?

Only technically, as the mod must be installed on every player and the server as well.
