Submitting a Takedown Notice

Required Elements of a DMCA Notice
A valid DMCA notice must include the following information:

- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If multiple works are involved, a representative list of those works may be provided.

Good Faith Clause
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages. Submitting false or misleading claims may result in legal consequences.
